- Let’s go for a walk; it’s healthy for both of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better and cuter personal trainer who ensures we get our daily step count in.
- They would tell us that rest is important. Your pet wears his afternoon nap as a badge of honour. This gives us a lesson that slowing down is great for your body and mind.
- I wait for you longingly at the door, so be safe while you’re outside. You may have the world to you, but for me you are my world.
- Whatever you do, I don’t judge you. Whether it is for your looks, a bad day, or position, my love is always unconditional. And trust me, the world would be a better place if we pet parents took this lesson seriously and implemented it in our lives.
- Let’s be honest, ‘hooman’, your world revolves around me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So, go ahead and cancel those plans. And you can blame it on my puppy eyes.
- Your pet would tell you that he loves the daily grooming session. It not only strengthens your bond with him, but is so therapeutic for him. Just a 10-minute simple grooming session can ease the entire day’s worries.
- That glint in his eyes when you pick up the car keys is something no words can explain. But if your pet could put his feelings into words, he would tell you how much he loves car rides with you and the entire family. (And secretly hates it when you trick that car ride into a vet visit).
- You can borrow my heart forever – but my favourite toy, that’s questionable. You may call it being possessive of my toys or bed; I call it protecting my stuff! Not much of a difference there.
- He would tell you that looking this pawdorable takes a lot of effort. Yes, I do enjoy being groomed at home, but a spa session every once in a while, would be so relaxing. Just like you hit the salon for that pampering session, your pet also needs that extra love and care.
- Cuddles are non-negotiable!!
- One of the most important things that your pet would be telling you is that don’t feed me the food you eat. Grapes, raisins, chocolate, alcohol, and table scraps are not for me. I love sharing love and food, but make sure you give me my doggo food only!!
- When your world feels heavy, I’ll quietly rest my head on your lap. Sometimes love doesn’t need words—it just needs paws.
- Your pet would tell you that the best place to sleep is wherever you are!
- I don’t keep score—I keep loving. So, if we’re upset with each other, let’s fix it before the next game of fetch.
- He would tell you that every walk is an adventure. Let me sniff everything. Let me take my time exploring the surroundings; it is like a fun game for me.
- My tail says things my voice can’t.
- I won’t remember the price tag on the toy, but I’ll never forget the afternoons we spent playing together. Those are the memories I treasure most.

Honestly, this could be an endless list. The one thing I have realized is that if dogs could talk, they would ask for very little, but would only teach us a great deal. So, celebrating the most pawsome teacher life could give us!
